Q: How do I search for specific transactions?
A: In your online banking account, select the account you want to view, then use the filter or search icon to narrow down your search using various options. You can search by date range, amount, or transaction type.

Q: Can I set up two-factor authentication (2FA)?
A: Yes! We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication for added security. Log in to online banking and navigate to Settings > Security Preferences. You can choose to receive a code via text or voice call.

Q: How do I use Zelle®?
A: Zelle® is a fast, safe, and easy way to send and receive money with friends, family, and other people you trust, directly from your bank account. To use Zelle®, you must be enrolled. You can enroll through your Liberty Savings Bank online banking account or mobile app. Once enrolled, you can send or receive money using just the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile phone number.

Q: How do I connect my Liberty Savings account to third-party apps like Venmo?
A: To connect your Liberty Savings Bank account, search for “Liberty Savings Bank” within the third-party app. Select our institution, enter your online banking credentials, and follow the on-screen prompts to link your account.

Q: What should I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?
A: If your debit card is lost or stolen, you must call us immediately at 800-240-0224 to report it. This number is available 24/7. You should also contact a branch directly to get a new card issued.

Q: How can I set up direct deposit?
A: To set up direct deposit, provide your employer or payroll representative with your Liberty Savings Bank account number and our Florida routing number: 063191914. You can use a generic direct deposit form if your company doesn’t have a specific one.
