It’s easy

  1. Go to www.LibertySavingsbank.com on your computer
  2. In the upper righthand corner, click on the “LOG IN” button and select Personal Online Banking or Business Online Banking (If you have not already done so, enroll in Online Banking)
  3. Once you have accessed online banking, click “Options” in the top right corner,
  4. Go towards the bottom of the page and click “Manage Devices”.
  5. Add your mobile phone and information for it.
  6. Select Mobile App.
  7. You will receive two texts. The first is to download the app. Once the app is installed, click the link in the second text which will activate the Mobile Banking app.
  8. You can also visit the App Store or Google Play and search for “Liberty Savings Bank”. Look for our red bell!

How to register for mobile deposit

Mobile Deposit is available to individuals with personal checking accounts at Liberty Savings Bank.

  1. Go to www.LibertySavingsbank.com on your computer
  2. In the upper righthand corner, click on the “LOG IN” button into and select Personal Online Banking or Business Online Banking (If you have not already done so, enroll in Online Banking)
  3. Once you have accessed online banking, click the Change Request link in the top right corner.
  4. Select “Enroll in Remote Deposit” and complete the online enrollment form.
  5. If you haven’t already, visit the App Store or Google Play and download the Liberty Savings Bank app (look for our red bell). Mobile Deposit can only be performed on a supported smart phone or tablet.

To enroll in Mobile Deposit, you must meet certain criteria:

  • Must own an active Liberty Savings Bank Checking Account
  • Must have been open for 90 days
  • Need to have a positive average balance for the past 60 days
  • No more than two overdrafts in the past 90 days
  • Currently, Clean Slate Checking Accounts will not qualify for this service

How do I make a mobile deposit?

To make a deposit, use your Android smartphone, iPhone or tablet (not your desktop or laptop computer):

  1. Log into Mobile Banking or Tablet Banking on your supported device.
  2. Click the Deposits button.
  3. Click “New Deposit”.
  4. Select the checking account you wish to deposit to.
  5. Input the amount of the check.
  6. Take a picture of the front of the check.
  7. Take a picture of the back of the check.

Note: The maximum amount of a check deposit using Mobile Deposit is $1,500. Checks that are deposited will be placed in a review status and will not show immediately in your checking account. After review and approval, your deposit will be made. You will be able to see the check deposit in your checking account history the following business day. Funds may not be available for immediate withdrawal. See the Funds Availability Disclosure for your account.

You should keep the original check for a period of 30 days, then destroy it.
